Now, Alone

grip, failed
you, gone.

Tattered by wear
my heart loosed its binding.
You slipped awaySpilled into the night
roaming aimlessly.
I wander, wondering, waiting

Spacemen above earth
have more contact
than you and I

Instead, restless
I suffer a discontented malcontent.
My unease wails

Lostness, aimless
I only knew your address.
Now, gone

Tears for comfort
guarding alone time.
I was jealous for the zealous love I knew for you

Now, alone.
