It's striking to me how often we mistake people doing the things we want them to for engagement. I want to foster authentic engagement driven by real interest and desire that's reflected in repeated and sustained choices, instead of measuring people being time-on-task, their stroke gestures, or simple task accomplishment outcomes. Maybe that's just me though. I’m fascinated by how the world is catching up to this idea, but using new language. We STILL need #youthadultpartnerships though.
