You Owe Us.

All people are interdependent. Whether we realize it or not, each of us lives eternally, ‘in the red’. We are everlasting debtors to known and unknown men and women. Before we leave for our jobs we are already beholden to more than half of the world… All life is interrelated. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly.” – Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Raised as children, taught as students, involved as youth, engaged as young people, thrived as young adults, and onwards… None of us are completely independent. None of us are free of others’ help, assistance, input or ideas. And that is not bad.

You owe us.
