Fletcher Engagement Services is proud to share our newest program, WHOLE HOUSE™. Focused on family engagement, WHOLE HOUSE™ is a powerful, interactive learning opportunity for parents and youth to work together and make more successful families, more supportive homes and healthier communities.

What Is WHOLE HOUSE™?

Focused on the positive, powerful potential of youth-parent partnerships at home, WHOLE HOUSE™ is a new program of Fletcher Engagement Services. Together, youth and parents come to WHOLE HOUSE™ to explore youth engagement, family empowerment and home-based change. They explore the skills, knowledge and actions needed to change their lives and the homes they share, too. Focused on practical learning through meaningful and fun activities, participants examine deep issues, create powerful solutions and learn in new ways as partners.

Facing Negative Stereotypes at Home
Changing Household Communication  
Establishing Appropriate Power, Trust, and Respect 
Individual and Family Strengths and Weaknesses

Providing Real Adult Support for Youth

How Does It Happen?

Partnering with nonprofits, schools, government agencies and others, Fletcher Engagement Services facilitates interactive, online train-the-trainer events, and then certifies organizations to use WHOLE HOUSE™. Partners receive complete seminar manuals with workshop plans, a facilitation guide, evaluation materials and participant handouts. There are also additional materials available, include promotional items and seminar banners.

Once these organizations complete their training and receive certifications from Fletcher Engagement Services, they receive a license to use the materials and can use them in their programs.
